You MUST be 18 or older to commission art from me. If you accept my ToS then you claim you are 18 or older. If you accept but it is proven that you are underage then I am not held responsible for your lies. You art will be removed from my accounts and you will be heavily blocked. Doesn't matter if your 18th birthday is soon, wait until after it.

I own the right to the artwork created while the client owns the right to their OCs I draw. I can share the artwork on my accounts (with credit of the client or anonymous) unless the client pays the private art fee.

Harassing me (and other artists or even my clients) can cause me to refuse future services with you.

It is important for both the artist (me) and the client (you) to communicate throughout the commission until it is completed to avoid issues and mistakes.

I am allowed to decline service as I see fit, especially if you go against my ToS.

Only commission if you can afford it! Don't do it if you have to worry about paying rent, bills, food, etc.

Payments are through PayPal, though if anyone knows a NSFW friendly payment option then please let me know. If you cannot use Paypal then please let me know so we can figure something out.

Tips are allowed but 100% optional! (It will be shown on the receipt I give you showing the transaction info!

Privacy fee makes up for that fact that I can't share it to promote my artwork, I depend on publicly sharing art for my business at this moment. (prices in the prices page)

I will allow payment plans if needed. Communicate with me about it so we can figure something out.

Payments must be completed before I can share the finished artwork.

You are required to send me references for the character(s) you wish for me to draw! I will not draw a character based off text, I need an image to work from.

References for OCs can be screenshots of them from a game, art another artist drew for you, and things similar (AI art references are ok, just gotta communicate more with me about changes to make to it.)

References for poses, backgrounds, etc. is allowed but I may make slight changes to them to not copy someone's work.

If no references was given then I can refuse service. I need image references for anything including canon characters.

I can draw up to 3-4 characters at this moment, more characters means more time spent on it as well as the additional character fee being bigger.

Animals and monsters count as extra characters!

I will not draw OCs belonging to someone other than my client without permission of the original owner of the character. I do not draw stolen characters! Canon characters are allowed.

Random limbs that don't show the full character (arms, legs, breasts, pussy, cocks, etc.) may not count for the extra character fee. Though we do need to communicate about it a bit!

I will send WIP images about the art you commission me, it is up to you to mention if something is incorrect or not to your liking. No mentions of it will result in art you are not happy with, and I will not be held responsible for it since you never mentioned what was wrong.

I prefer pose and character corrections during the sketch phase, before the lineart phase or color phase.

Do not feel bad about correcting me multiple times, lots of polite corrections is fine with me and I'll try to work with you to give you something you will enjoy!

Publicly shared art commissions that invole "extreme" kinks will have Content Warnings (CW) and be tagged correctly. On my Bluesky, if you are willing for me to share it like this, I will give it a CW and heavily censor it while sharing the link to the uncensored version on a different site.

When publicly sharing art I can mention your @ if you give permission, if you don't want me to tag you then I will label it as "By Anonymous".

I may do personal art in between commissions or if I need a sudden break to avoid burn out. This doesn't mean I am avoiding your comm or forgot about it. I am human and need some "me time" to make myself feel good enough to continue. If I don't do this then I'll have a more difficult time with commissions.
